YOULON NAIDOO
Youlon’s experience encompasses more than 23 years in the Financial Services industry with 21 of those years relating to Commercial Property Finance in the retail, industrial, commercial and residential property sectors. He has developed strong relationships with clients, property brokers, estate agents and other deal referral channels within the field and has extensive knowledge and insight into financing instruments for deal generating purposes. He provides client satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence when dealing with clients. He can identify inherent and potential risk in the property market and as a result continuously evaluates and mitigates the credit risk embedded within the environment and deals, to derive the maximum risk and return situation.
He has been involved in all aspects of the property sector which includes administration, risk, finance, sales, legal, management, maintenance, development and client liaison. He has also developed high-end residential properties for on-selling and profit purposes. He also continues to invest in property opportunities that are well calculated and return driven.
He was employed at two of the big four financial institutions in the property finance sector where he served in these positions for a duration of 22 years collectively and was responsible for deal sourcing, deal making and developing an asset book comprising property transactions before exploring his own interest within Omunye Holdings (Pty) Ltd where he now holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director. He is the founder of the Property Management Company established in 2009 (now known as Omunye Property Management Company (Pty) Ltd) and the co-founder of Omunye Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

SAMANTA NAIDOO
Having had extensive exposure within various aspects and departments within the FMCG environment, Samanta has the necessary skills, attitude and motivation to meet the requirements as a Finance Director of the Omunye group.
She facilitates learning and growth of others through regular knowledge sharing opportunities, constructive training and development opportunities, which challenge staff’s abilities and improves competence to achieve goals. She is an analytical thinker and awareness with regards to attention to detail. She has the ability to demonstrate logical thinking in order to gather and analyze a variety of information.
She has been involved in the property industry for 17 years and has participated in all aspects of the property sector which includes administration, risk, finance, sales, legal, management, maintenance, development and client liaison.
She has a strong client base, a well-versed product knowledge and a reputable reputation within the property industry.
DEEPESH BHANA
Deepesh holds a diverse range of qualifications showcasing a strong foundation in accounting, tax, risk assessment, and forensic auditing. The qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Tax, laying the groundwork for an in-depth understanding of financial and taxation principles. Holding the designation of Professional Accountant (SA) demonstrates expertise and competency in the field of accountancy within the South African context.
Moreover, the possession of an Advanced Diploma in Credit Risk signifies an advanced level of knowledge in evaluating, managing, and mitigating credit risk within financial operations. The Diploma in Criminal Justice and Forensic Auditing reflects a specialization in the intersection of law enforcement, investigative techniques, and forensic auditing, indicating skills in identifying and preventing financial misconduct.
Being a Registered Tax Practitioner certifies the individual’s authority to practice as a tax professional, ensuring compliance and expertise in tax-related matters. Additionally, authorization as an Independent Reviewer demonstrates the capacity to conduct objective assessments and reviews of financial statements, affirming proficiency in ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
These qualifications collectively denote a comprehensive skill set in accounting, taxation, risk evaluation, forensic auditing, and regulatory compliance, positioning the individual as a multifaceted professional capable of handling intricate financial matters, risk assessment, and compliance issues.

YatishDaya’s experience encompasses more than 15 years in the Financial Services industry with 7 of those years relating to Finance in the retail and residential property sectors and 10 years in Disaster Management, Protective Security and Occupational Health and Safety. He has developed strong relationships with clients, IBM, property brokers, estate agents and other deal referral channels within the field and has extensive knowledge and insight into financing instruments for deal generating purposes.
He is passionate about his work and because he loves what he does, he has a steady source of motivation that drives him to do his best. His ambition and drive are two qualities that are essential to success and growth in his profession. He is highly organizedand utilizes a series of tools to maintain client expectations.
He is results-oriented, constantly checking in to determine how close or how far away we are, and what it will take him to make it happen and find this pressure inspiring and a great motivator for the rest of the team.
